That Is What He Said
“I will be coming,” Jesus said,
“to get the living and the dead.”
Whether you know that this is true,
That’s what He said. That’s what He’ll do!
For His children He’s coming back
to save them from Satan’s attack.
The fires of hell won’t torture me,
because my Savior set me free.
He is my Lord. I know it’s true.
I know I’m saved, what about you?
He’s coming back to take me there,
where I can live without a care.
You can be there as well as I,
when He comes back, or when you die.
If you’re His child, He’ll come for you.
That’s what He said. That’s what He’ll do!
