Come and See the Lamb
He was sent to set us free.
He died in love for you and me.
Yes, he died, but still he lives.
It’s proven by the life he gives.
Sent by God, the Great I AM,
won’t you please come and see the Lamb?
He gives life to all his friends,
the kind of life that never ends.
Love and life are at the door,
when time will end and be no more.
He knocks gently on the jamb,
and bids you, “come, and see the Lamb.”
I have seen him and I know
he is the Life, the Way to go.
Heaven’s door is open wide
because the Lamb has lived and died.
If you would be where I am,
come now, my friend, and see the Lamb.
See how the Lamb bled for you,
paid for the sinful things you do.
He suffered there in your place,
and paid your ransom by his Grace.
He is pleading as I am.
Come now to him. Come see the Lamb.
The Lamb of God, still today,
is the Life, the Truth, and the Way.
He’s our Shepherd, and the Lamb,
the Lamb of God, the Great I AM.
Come, and see the Lamb today.
Come see the Lamb, the Only Way.
